All of our products are custom-made, either fully or partially, based on each customer’s specific information (e.g., name, size, design, colors). Due to the personalized nature of these products, they cannot be resold, and we therefore do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or the customization is incorrect.
If you believe there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item. Email info@everysportswear.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
- Proof of purchase
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@everysportswear.com within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refund Policy
Because each item is handcrafted and customized with care, we do not offer refunds unless the error is on our end — such as:
- Incorrect customization (e.g., wrong name, photo, or size)
- Wrong color or design
- Item damaged upon arrival
